Well, who here uses flash? I mean, to make the animations and stuff? I use it almost all the time. I made the stickfigure in my sig, but Fr0zEn Ph0eNiX did the text.

Anyway. I've made some basic games on there with tuts I've done - I'm getting pretty ok I think.

they say if you use director first, you'll find flash impossible, and vice versa, i use director for all my animations, and have made 2 short films in it, and ive recently tried to use flash, they make you think they are the same to use by looking similar, but oh no, i find flash way too taxing to use, really confusing. im sure i'll get used to it though.

nah i dont, they are huge huge huge files, i say short films, they are about 20 minutes long each, im currently working on a 3rd feature, but this is going to last abou an hour and a half on completion, ill put a screen shot of it here, i cold try and condence what ive done in my new movie down if you wanna see (this sreen shot isnt very exciting i'll agree, but its basically just setting up that my character Mangy is chillin gout on the beach)

thanks, those pics are hand drawn, then scanned onto the pc, then traced in photoshop, thats how i generally do most of my work. keep it up your work though too, if you enjoy it, then you'll just keep getting better and better.

I use it every once in a while.  If I were to actually try to make something good and spent time on it, I could probably make something worthy of going on flashplayer, but I never have the time or initiative to do it.

I want to make something now, but I don't have any idea what to make.
