That's stupid. Yes, graffiti can be abused and used for vandalism, but there are so  much worse things people are doing out there that they need to focus on.

Same here. When done well it isn't so much of a crime as it is art.

I'd agree to what he wants to do. But he'd have to cut his thumbs off first, then tell me if every1 else wants it.

Anyone that has the guts to propose something like that needs his butt kicked.

So this dude is the mayor of a city loaded with prostitutes and perv's and he thinks graffiti is a "heinous crime", I feel sorry for the people of Las Vegas.

They're doing something like this in Barcelona too. It may be vandalism in some places, but people do it for art. Don't consider it a "heinous crime".

Graffiti should be left alone...to an extent...I mean, some of it looks good...whilst some other forms of it look really rubbish.
Hell, it brightens up our streets.

We're all just repeating what others say, there's no variation in our answers.
If we all agree that Graffiti should be left alone (to an extent) then let's discuss on what the governement/s should do.

I believe that graffiti should be taken away, unless it's approved by the city or state governor. To me, graffiti is only for putting people down. Basically, all I ever see is mexican and black people using it. The only way spray paint should be bought is if they have a license/signed paper from a certain authority that they can use it. Of course, the government will never do anything about it because they are so lazy at everything.

Or because that takes away from freedom.  Nevermind, they're good at removing freedoms.

What I said takes away freedom? Well, sure, but if the government, or the citizens, are trying to get crimes to become less and less, then this is an option.
