Yes, very possible.

I want a new one.

And its fixed. I figured it out this morning. Dunno what the hell was wrong with it.

Its a compaq laptop, and it sucks.

Parents told me that if I got a new laptop i couldnt go on myspace with it because of viruses. But I live on myspace...

We HAD antivirus software on it. But I need the email and pass to sign in, and my stepdad wont give it to me to renew because hes a dolphin noise.

So I shall sit here as my computer becomes infected by viruses more and more each day.

You know what.. Im just gonna ask for Christmas if he can renew the damn software... -_-

Which will probably not happen...

LOL, norton, have fun :p

When you want real security, find a product no one has ever heard of that has a good history.

Norton Systemworks (or any part of systemworks) is dead evil. I hate it with a passion and it ruined 2 harddrives of mine. Even though Norton is a sub company of Symantec, they wouldn't dare brand their trimmed down business version with the Norton logo just because of how bad the Norton name is atm.

Corporate (by default) scans any files accessed, modified, or created on your computer. So if you install it and do a full scan, then turn on those options, you are protected like no other. Almost every major college gives it out for 20$ to college kids that just need something to work and not have to change options. It's a very popular solution that just works without the fluffy bs. Plus no subscriptions!!! :D

If you read PCWorld (I think that's the mag I'm thinking of atm), then they do monthly tests with all of the contenders in the test. Corporate, however, is only tested once or twice a year due to its consistent results of killing viruses (and because it's a business app that usually costs alot of money). It takes alot longer than the others to do a full scan (I've set mine to scan once a month at 4am), but it gets the job done.
