It's been previously announced for PS3, 360, Wii and DS. I doubt that it will be a PS2 exclusive, Activision is not dumb. From where I have read elsewhere, it's going to function as a standalone expansions to Guitar Hero II.

Also, Guitar Hero III will have online and wireless controllers :)
