None of them. Some of the funniest characters would be: Ren and Stimpy, Wilber Cobb, The Fatheads, Mr. Bighead, Plankton, The Hippo that always says 'how dare you!', The dad on Farly odd parents (only reason to even look at that show), The bologna from Algera's window and Zim.

Gir is the best out of the list, though.
