Topic: Cant upload files

Ok, this is weird, whatever browser I use, I cant upload files. I've tried IE, Firefox, K-Meleon and Opera and none of them work. Everytime I get "Document contains no data" from whatever browser I use. I can upload on FTP though.

I've tried spyware scanning, virus scanning, resetting router, restarting computer and nothing works.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm completely out.

I've also been getting weird messages on phpBB and IPB that show the PHP code (sometimes) of the page (uh oh) and random HTML with a . before it then random snippets, which in an order dont make sense. This happens on ALL browsers.
