Song from 'Pressure' episode

Can anyone tell me what the name of the song is in at the start of this episode.  It's sort of a mambo type song.  Maybe tango..lol..I don't know.  It was also used in a Philips commercial from a few years ago.  I have been searching for this song for ever.  Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

That tune first played in the 1st season episode "The Chaperone," and actually it plays on for a bit longer (in the middle of the episode.)

To date, "Pressure" is the only episode which begins with that tune.

You also hear it in "Nasty Patty" and a couple other episodes as well.
