My favourite debate of all time.
A dinosaur debate.
Ha-ha.
Facts About Being A Scavanger1) The legs are not made for running a great deal of speed, it would not be able to catch fast animals.
2) If it fell down, the arms would be too small to help REX get itself up.
3) The arms where useless at grasping things as they where too small.
4) Its sence of smell was so great it would detect recent kills.
Facts About Being A Hunter1) Its jaw was so huge it could easily grasp prey and crush them.
2) T.REX's teeth show it was a bone crunching dinosaur, this would help in killing larger animals.
3) T.REX's eyes faced forwards so it could see prey in the distance.
4) REX's backbone was heavily muscle packed, giving it tremendous force when launching down on strong animals.
I beleive that Tyrannosaurus Rex was infact BOTH a scavanger and a hunter.
But WHY would the Dazpleaseosaurus (REX's ancestor) give up FULL hunting in exchange for both? Or just scavanging?
