I got one for Christmas, in April, I started to have problems with it and eventually it stopped working, so I sent it back to SanDISK. Today I got a new one in the mail from them. Turns out, they sent me the lowend product with LESS features than the one I bought, its much slower too and firmware doesnt upgrade.
Just wanted to warn everyone about these MP3 players.
