I like NTFS more, FAT32 has failed me twice horribly.

NTFS is practically necessary for Windows XP.  FAT32 has a hard time handling large hard drives.  NTFS is generally faster as well.  The problem is that NTFS isn't well supported in Linux, and isn't supported at all in DOS.

NTFS has file permissions, FAT32 doesnt. Anything on a network that has shared files, shouldnt be using FAT32. Period.
