Need conversion tool!

I need a conversion tool that converts a quicktime movie file to a format that windows pooie maker can read.  I havent been able to find one and if I do it has viruses or is not trial or free. Can someone please find me one?

Videora (http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/) should work, its free.
