Grand Theft Auto SA gets an AO rating

I think this is dumb. They should not rae it AO. If they think that giving it a higher rating is gonna stop people from buying the game and seeing the bad content, their wrong. In fact, because of all the contreversy, more people are probably gonna buy the game then before.

I also think that the Sims 2 thing is dumb. I mean, maybe we would have let him slide with GTA, but now he's attacking another big game. Thats two in a row, and I dont think people are taking him seriously any more.

I mean, who cares if there's a hacker that put in a bad mini game, or took away censorship from the Sims 2. Sure the codes are out there, but that dosent mean that anyone actually has to use them.

1. The game will sell less, because major retailers refuse to sell AO games.

2. The hackers didn't put the game in, all they did was use a code to reveal it. It's been programmed in since it was released.

3. It's not the fact that people were using the codes, it was that it was easily accessible to anyone.

It was built in but the modders moded the game further to make it more graphic. I saw the basic verson once and the man was fully clothed, and the woman was wearing a T Shirt and Thong. And you didn't see any body parts or anything. You can see stuff more graphic than that on MTV spring break.

In order to make it through the world one needs some insanity.

The modders took it farther in the XB version, because they had the hard drive capabilites. The PS2 parts were built in.

My point proven.
If it turns into 3 big games in a row then something has to be done about this guy before he finds that games in general should be banned! And I am being serious!  :sneaky2:

This doesn't make sense...

STA: SA gets an AO rating.  It has violence, drug use, and that kind of stuff in it.

God of War gets a M rating...and it has nudity...and a minigame about sex...

Even BMX XXX got a M rating...and it's all about nudity...

It's because people are stupid...Im so glad I got mine the day it was released.
And the fact GTA is a BIG game means more people will try to make it LOOK BAD to make other games sell better.  :glare:

I wouldn't be surprissed if Jack Thompson attacked Mario because he encurages kids to use shrooms I've played Mario for years and have never been tempted to use shrooms.
