I mean, some might say, "Hey you, moron, Goldfish crackers are for little kids!"
And hey, maybe they are. But they really hit a home run with this on a couple of levels:
1. Showing children from a young age that: It doesn't matter what color the goldfish is, it is just as equally tasty! This speaks to knocking down some of the racial divide in this country.
2. It is low in transfat. If Pepperidge Farms was a less special company, they could pump these little babies full of trans-fat, thus creating a nation full of unhealthy kids, who only crave their food more.
I'm liking Pepperidge Farms more and more each day. They are on a mercurial rise on my "Companies in 2005 with a chance to save the world" list.
