I do believe, almost 100%, that you have there a wolf spider. They're fairly big and don't spin webs. Instead they generally live outside, and eat larger bugs, and actually HUNT them at night. I once had one in my old swing set when I was a kid. I jumped off the set, turned around, and watched it crawl out of the top pole. Very, very scary. Here's a clear picture of a wolf spider....is this what you have?

Edit: Nevermind, Imageshack showed me the picture bigger this time, and yes what you have there is a wold spider. *shudders*

Why are girls so terrified of spiders and bugs and stuff?  God.  Men run the world cause that's the way God want it.

Aren't wolf spiders the ones that bite people and sometimes cause them to have limbs amputated?
