Just make sure you change the controls before you start...the default ones are strange...

Your monitor probably doesn't support the resolution it tries to play it at.  Go into the Halozero directory and run safemode.bat.

My guess is 640x480.

Nearly all games it changes to 640x480.

Also, I'm planning to download this in a later time.
