Column A (columns are on the Y axis) shows the various items JJB stocks; Nevermiss boots, Kino trainers and Sadman tracksuits to name but a few. Column B details the amount of said items sold either per week, or in that particular week. Column C shows the price that JJB purchased them for, whereas Column D shows the selling price; which is, naturally, greater than the purchase price. Column E, in turn, is the profit made from selling a singular of the item in Column A; this is calculated by the subtraction of Column C from D, leaving a positive figure. (If the answer is negative, then JJB have suffered a loss.) Column F, the most financially significant, is Profit Per Week, calculated by multiplying Column B by E. The figures in this column can go up to their thousands.
