Yeah, if he loses the case i think he gets death panalty. The one thing that makes this so odd is: A few months ago there was an old woman who had proof the Scott was inosent(this was HUGE. It could have gotton him free very fast) dies the day before see was supposed to so u in court. I am waiting for the case to resume, though, until I change my opinion for the case.

I am getting sick of hearing about him. I mean come on. Is he honestly the first guy to kill his pregnant wife? I just don't understand why it is so contoversial. Now don't get the impression I don't feel sorry for Laci and her family, because I do. All I am saying is it is happened before. Why is it such a big deal now?

I don't know why there's so much news coverage of this. He's guilty. When the police found him, he was miles from his house with a different hair color (or shaved head, I don't remember) and a fake license. They think he was heading for Mexico.
