I was wondering if anyone knows of any FREE hosting...no setup fees or fees per month or any of that crap.

The only ones I know of are IllusionFXNet, (but it's ridiculously hard to qualify) and Elemental Hosting.

Free hosting is almost never good hosting.  The only chance of getting decent hosting for free is if someone competent with a dedicated server somewhere is feeling charitable in the long term.

I'd recommend IllusionFX, but since you want free hosting.. Their not crap like they used to be. 100% uptime. My site's never been down w/ them.

HostingAnime - 20mb Space, 5gb Bandwidth
Usavio - 500mb Space, 5gb Bandwidth
SpyMac - 100mb Space, Unlim Bandwidth (1mb file size limit, no zip, exe, avi, mpg, or mp3)
Omega Webhost - 5000mb Space, 50gb Bandwidth (posting required)
X3fusion - 150mb Space, 5gb Bandwidth
