Plot Summary

Spongebob fails his boating exam for the 38th time. He's so determined to get his license but he needs help doing it. So Patrick lends a hand. He sticks a walkie-talkie inside Spongebob's head and as Spongebob is taking his exam he will be giving him directions on how to pass it. As he is nearing the finish line, after doing a perfect job of driving, Spongebob spills the beans of the walkie-talkie and a guy telling him how to pass. Patrick runs home and Spongebob crashes the boat sending Mrs Puff to the hospital.
