Lost at Sea DVD
The main selling point of the DVD is the double-length
episode, The Sponge Who Could Fly (a.k.a. The Lost Episode). The other
episodes on it are Plankton, Boating School, Suds, Mermaidman and Barnacleboy
II, The Chaperone, Bubble Buddy, Your Shoe's Untied, and PreHibernation
Week. There are some nifty extras like audio commentary and a storyboard
for The Sponge Who Could Fly. In case you don't have a DVD player, the
episodes are available on tapes called, The Sponge Who Could Fly and
Anchors Away.

|
Tales from the Deep DVD
The big feature of this DVD is the House Party episode, which had
to be double the length of a regular episode to fit in all of the
spongeyness. Other than that, the DVD includes Hall Monitor, Valentine's
Day, Just One Bite, Mermaidman and Barnacleboy, Tea at the Treedome,
The Paper, and two exclusive to DVD episodes, I Had an Accident and
Born Again Krabs. Those last two episodes probably have aired, but
they hadn't when the DVD was released. My favorite extra on this DVD
is the Underwater Sun music video, its great! The episodes are also
on the tapes Deep Sea Sillies and Bikini Bottom Bash.
|
|
Sea Stories DVD
The DVD has the episodes Gary Takes a Bath, Hooky, Life of Crime,
Pickles, No Free Rides, Sailor Mouth, No Weenies Allowed, Jellyfish
Jam, and the Algae's Always Greener. Also, it includes the episode
Shanghaied with all three of the endings! Interestingly, this DVD
is the only way to see the episode Gary Takes a Bath. It was never
shown on TV, and it probably never will be.
|
|
Halloween DVD
This DVD was released around Halloween in 2002. It contains most
of the episodes that have anything scary in them... like Scardy Pants,
Imitation Krabs, Frankendoodle, I Was a Teenage Gary, and Squidward
the Unfriendly Ghost. That wouldn't have been enough episodes for
a full DVD, so Nick included The Secret Box, Band Geeks, Welcome to
the Chum Bucket, My Pretty Seahorse, and Idiot Box.

|
The
Nautical Nonsense and Sponge Buddies DVD
123 minutes of spongy goodness. Prepare yourselves for 10 episodes
(2 never before seen on TV), interviews, fun facts, a music video,
how to draw SpongeBob, and the history and making of a SpongeBob episode!
This is basically a fan's dream come true. The episodes are Ripped
Pants, SB-129, Texas, Something Smells, Jellyfishing, Dying for Pie,
Wormy, and F.U.N. The new episodes are The Graveyard Shift and Club
SpongeBob.

Fly Like a Fish/Short Order Showdown- from EdCW369
This is a double-sided SpongeBob Colorig Book. The first Side is
entitled, "Fly Like a fish," Based on the Lost episode.
This book was out even before the lost episode was available on DVD,
so I bought it just to get a sneak peek. The other side is entitled,
"Short-order Showdown." Its Based on, "Employee of
the Month."
|
|
Krusty Krab Adventures Cine-Manga - from EdCW369
This is a SpongeBob Graphic Novel. They take photos from the show,
add word bubbles, and call it "Cine-Manga." This is the
first one, entitled, "Krusty Krab Adventures, and features episodes,
The Algae's always greener, Culture Shock, Pizza delivery, and Pickles.
It's really hard to read, and its really not that much fun to read,
when you've seen the episodes a million times.
|
|
Bubble Trouble
It's a pretty cool coloring book. It goes through the episodes Ripped
Pants, Boating School, and Sandy's Rocket to color in. There are also
some games and puzzles in it. It comes with two sheets of stickers
too!

SpongeBob magazine
This is one of those specials from Nickelodeon. It's incredibly funny.
Some of the comics are pretty wierd, because they weren't made by
the people who make SpongeBob. The games in it are hilarious. There
are also some comics of other Nick toons in there.
