IPB > all.

I've used IPB and IF, and I'm a moderator at a phpBB forum. I just don't like phpBB. vB is nice, but you have to pay for it.

IPB. There are somany othwers that I cant stand. phBB is just hard to naviagte.

i've only ever used the last two but i think it depends on the kind of forum your going for i really like the phpBB because its not super organized, sometimes all the way organized threads scares me here...

1.3 is still legally free. If I'm not mistaken, can't you get IPB 2.0.3 without having to buy a license?
