I've used IPB and IF, and I'm a moderator at a phpBB forum. I just don't like phpBB. vB is nice, but you have to pay for it.

IPB. There are somany othwers that I cant stand. phBB is just hard to naviagte.

i've only ever used the last two but i think it depends on the kind of forum your going for i really like the phpBB because its not super organized, sometimes all the way organized threads scares me here...

vBulliten is the best by far.

It is far more customisible and....well....yeah.....

But IPB comes in very close

Hmm, considering they said this in 2002, which was when IPB 1.1 was out. They've grown majorly since then. I'm sure when they said that they had no idea IPB would get so huge. It'd be stupid of them not to do that.

I want proof of that. Also IPB v2 is extremely buggy like the blank page error.
