Dude, for what he did he'll never get out of jail... and they will more then likely give him several consecutive life sentences so he can't get out by means of parole liek they did to Jeffrey Dahmer... but he died in prison. You do the math.

What is killing him going to accomplish exactly? Not only will Laci's family be suffering but now Scott's family will have to suffer as well. You have to think of the people not directly involved. Putting him to death will accomplish nothing.

3. What evidence is there to prove Scott Peterson killed her? DNA, murder weapon, hair, blood stains, etc.?

In IZ's above post. I agree wioth that, the jury just dind't like him. I am not saying he is inncoent, but I am not saying he is guilty. And Scott almost had proof of being inncoent, until the women was the proof died thend ay before coming to court.
