When I looked at this article there was a banner ad for Special K saying "Lose 6 lbs in two weeks!". Kinda ironic.

My dad is obese and he suffers tremendous health problems. He can abrely even walk. That article is baloney.

48% of America is overweight i believe while like only about 18% of them are obese.

Well good. At least it's 15% that's okay, but 45% is pretty large, and that needs to cut down.

I am like borderline to becomign overweight I think. I am 6 ft, 180 lbs. I am not sure though.

The only form of obesity that is life-threatening is when the fat is around the stomach.
Fat around the legs cannot be as dangerous, since none of the vital organs are being covered by the fat.
